Sunday: Got pretty sunburned on my neck yesterday. Sat around without a shirt on all day today instead of doing something productive like riding.
Saturday: Raced at t-town. see the race report.
Friday: nothing. rain, then headed to Kreb (the Poulidor of bike shops) to ask many questions about track racing and pick up some new non-grip keo cleats.
Thursday: AE intervals today. Tried to maintain 250W. Looking at the data in hindsight, my HR seems low. Maybe I should have tried for a higher power. Only did two intervals at 6 minutes each. 4 minutes rest between to make the math easier.

Wednesday: rainy looking, but I had to get to Roadworx (the shop that all other shops aspire to become). Felt good and strong. No pain. Was fast. Always a good thing. Got new cleats, new stem for the track bike and some tubes. The usual.
