Saturday: Couldn't sleep, so I got up early to do my sprints that I wanted to do thursday. I guess they went alright. I can't really tell. They sure seem slow, though.

Friday: think i did some calf raises. that's all. I was going to do the kreb race, but it was storming hard by me. Apparently not further out on the island though.
Thursday: Tried to head to the beach to do some sprints if it wasn't too busy. Almost got crushed twice by a cement truck. The guy decided to pass me on a sharp blind turn with a dumptruck coming the opposite direction. Then he slows way down, so I pass him. Then he almost hits me again further down the road yelling out his passenger side window at me. I tried to get the police involved but of course they were nowhere to be found. The Nissequogue police aren't interested in helping anyone, just lining their pockets with money from tickets. Anyhow, the beach was crowded, so I gave up on the sprints, just rolled home pissed off.
