First off you need to explain to me what NP/IF is. I assume 195 is your normalized power but what is IF?

yeah, normalized power and instensity factor. or xPower and Relative Intensity as GC calls it. As for CP, GC puts it at 218W. furthermore, guess you had better get trainin'.
