2011.05: 12/27-1/2 Base 2 Week 2

Well, it's only a day into this week and already I feel like i'm slacking. motivation isn't quite there again and this snow isn't helping. I'm hoping to pick up a pair of waxless xc skis on wednesday to help me get a little change of pace. My plan says 5.5 hours for this week. let's see how it goes.

Thursday-Sunday: nothing, i don't think. bad week.

Wednesday: Bouldering today. I'd say 3 hours or so. I feel like my grip is increasing. I also did some squats, inclined crunches and pull ups.

Tuesday: Had to close, no training. rode to work.

Monday: rest day. rode to work in the snow, not too bad. rested.
