2011.10: 1/31 - 2/6 Base 3 Week 3

Sunday: nothing. ugh.

Saturday: nothing.

Friday: no riding. Did calf raises, squat jumps, transverse planks, and pushups, though. I think this week is going well.....

Thursday: bouldering. maybe 2 hours?

Wednesday: shrug.

Tuesday: erm...

Monday: 2 sets of 10 reps deep squats. 80 lbs.
