Sunday: Met up with Kieran and Andy. I did some flying 400s, they were doing actual structured top secret kissena workouts.

Saturday: Rode to work. Got a huge chunk of glass through my tire on edgewood, so I got a ride, popped on my pro4endurance that i've had sitting around forever and gave it another go. No issues this time, and a good ride home after swapping the front at work.

Friday: I wanted to ride to work, but it was wet out in the morning, so I didn't. I hopped on my bike when I got home, though, and knocked out a handful of half-assed sprints. I forgot to press the lap button before the first sprint, so that data is sprinkled in with my ride to the ol' sprinting grounds.

Tuesday: no riding. There wasn't supposed to be any racing at t-town, but they put up a schedule last minute. I already had plans to hang out with haley, so that's what I did. We did walk around kissena, though, so that kinda counts.
