2011.22: 4/25-5/1 Peak Week 3

This feels a lot less like peaking and more like fading into obscurity.

Sunday: nothing.

Saturday: nothing.

Friday: nothing. finished sanding the teeth on my 50t track chainring and worked out some fit issues. still productive.

Thursday: Stormy day, went for a walk when the weather broke.

Wednesday: rode with the brother. nice long ride. he wasn't feeling the most comfortable though.

2011.21: 4/18-4/24 Peak Week 2

Thursday-Sunday: work, busy, easter. no riding. boo.

Wednesday: I think this is starting to break a little. I still have a sore throat though, but I'm feeling a little less dehydrated though. Rode for maybe a half hour today. no data or anything.

Tuesday: Still feel like crud. slept a lot. Worked in the evening.

Monday: tried to ride for a little bit today. Failed miserable. I think I picked up a bug on the plane. My nose is very runny and my throat is sore. Here's the data. It's not even worth it.

2011.20: 4/11-4/17 Peak Week 1 - Majorca Trip

This post will be all about Majorca, so it will also include two days from the previous week. deal with it.

Sunday: Arrived home after 31 hours in airports and planes.

Sunday: A flat ride to the San Salvador monastery with a nice climb. Felt good, tried to stay with the front couple of guys going up the climb. died near the end, but didn't really mind.

Saturday: Rode to the Cap Formentor Lighthouse. It was billed as a 'short, rolling ride to the light'. I was thinking it would be similar to my ride to the old field light. not so much. it was basically up 5k, down, up, down, up. and then back. It unnerved me to be dropping into the lowest gear so quickly on the first day.

2011.19: 4/4-4/10 Build 2 Week 4

Alright, just to let my readership know, this is being written two days after having come back from Majorca.

Saturday/Sunday: See above Majorca-based post.

Friday: packed up the bike and few to Madrid.

Thursday: Cruise/AE type interval things. The last training I did before Majorca. 3x7min with 3 min rest.

Wednesday: short ride to shortbeach. trying to think if I had work or something. Don't really remember. EDIT: yes, I worked every day this week up until I left for spain.

Tuesday: nothing. I think I might have been feeling sick or something. I don't really remember
